What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residential customers, handling inquiries and orders via phone, email, and other channels
- Process and track orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and communication with internal departments
- Provide product specifications, installation instructions, and warranty information as requested
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including sales, project management, and logistics
- Cross-train in different departmental functions and assist colleagues as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Proven success in customer service or inside sales roles
- Experience with CAMS/SAP systems
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in residential flooring products, including hard and soft surfaces
- Familiarity with product lead times, freight rates, and technical specifications
