      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience through effective communication
      - Resolve customer needs and concerns promptly, conducting root cause analysis for escalations
      - Manage workflow to meet customer deadlines while engaging appropriate resources for support
      - Review and ensure accuracy of various work products including communications, quotes, and reports
      - Present and discuss products and services, ensuring customer needs are clearly understood and addressed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
      - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and follow-up skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
      - Effective written communication skills for creating correspondence and memos
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or higher, with a preference for 2 years of college education
      - Experience in print, marketing, or promotional products, and familiarity with Salesforce.com
      - Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Outlook
      - Advanced computer skills with the capability to implement new technologies
      - Experience as a coach or mentor to other customer service representatives
