What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming and outgoing calls to schedule patient services in a high-volume call center
- Manage web-based systems to assess patient eligibility and explain insurance costs
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines while handling confidential patient information
- Schedule medical and behavioral health appointments, including arranging patient transportation
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and resolve operational issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a call center with a focus on patient care and insurance
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in electronic clinical documentation and scheduling systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong critical thinking abilities

- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
