What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services inside and outside the center
- Use U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Move, hook up, and inspect U-Haul trucks and trailers
- Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
- Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
- Willingness to adhere to safety precautions while working around moving parts or chemicals
- Availability to work in a moderately risky environment requiring protective gear

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous customer service experience in a retail or service environment
- Interest in obtaining certifications for propane filling and forklift operation offered by U-Haul
- Familiarity with rental equipment and services
