What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide responsive service for inquiries and claims processes related to Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, and Health Savings Accounts
- Determine coverage and payouts based on IRS guidelines
- Educate plan participants on plan specifics through verbal and written communication
- Research and resolve issues related to employee benefits
- Build and maintain rapport with clients while collaborating with internal teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain an enthusiastic, positive attitude
- Proficiency in Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe
