What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide methods and solutions to debt borrowers to resolve delinquent accounts
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist borrowers in managing their debt
- Maintain a workload of delinquent accounts until payment completion
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for borrower accounts
- Utilize skip tracing techniques to identify borrower contact information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree is a plus
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening
- Previous experience in collections, call center, or customer service is preferred
- Ability to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production goals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role within the financial or collections industry
- Proficient in using multiple software systems and ability to learn quickly
- Strong multitasking abilities and composure in stressful situations
- Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday
