What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to service telephone inquiries and process transactions
- Research and resolve complex issues using administrative systems
- Handle inquiries via toll-free number, secure email, and correspondence
- Manage enrollee changes through proactive callouts and emails
- Stay informed about organizational changes, new legislation, and system releases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ months of high-volume call center experience or 2+ years of related customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Teams
- Long Term Care certification within 9 months of employment
- Minimum 25 megabytes internet access with hard-wire connection
- Ability to attend training hours as listed in the ad

- Basic knowledge of insurance products preferred
- Experience with a customer service system on multiple screens
- Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high call volume center
