What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage large volumes of incoming calls while providing excellent customer service

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or GED, and must be at least 18 years old

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with outbound calling and sales/upselling
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish
- Strong data entry skills and computer proficiency
