      Req#: 22-00100
      Looking for a team of customer service reps to work remotely from home. The ideal candidate needs to be motivated and organized. Effort needs to be put in to learning the material of this account.

      Deliver superior support to clients, handling customer inquiries and complaints
      Answer calls: evaluate data to determine and implement the appropriate course of action to resolve or coordinate service
      Ability to de-escalate callers and prioritize calls that do require supervisor assistance
      Respond to emails as assigned to reach resolutions and note the transaction history when complete

      Qualifications:
      2-5 years prior experience in customer service
      Ability to prioritize and multitask, handling multiple calls per hour
      Experience with high volume inbound call center work
      Positive and professional demeanor
      Excellent written and verbal communication skills
