What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide efficient, professional, and courteous customer support in all interactions
- Enter customer orders and credit requests from various communication channels into the appropriate database
- Maintain accurate records of non-order related customer communications
- Meet individual performance KPIs related to order and credit entry accuracy and phone call handling
- Research and process requests for credit, product returns, and replacement products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to accurately enter orders and handle credit requests
- Experience in identifying and resolving customer complaints
- Proficiency in using product information resources to assist customers
- Ability to meet performance metrics set by the Customer Service Manager
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service within the herbal supplement or natural products industry
- Familiarity with CRM software and order management systems
- Knowledge of herbal products and their benefits
- Ability to conduct upselling and cross-selling effectively
- Experience in analyzing customer service trends and developing improvement plans
