What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide effective communication and support to individuals self-directing Medicaid services and their caregivers
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding program guidelines and enrollment
- Utilize person-centered techniques in all interactions with participants
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of customer information during all communications
- Conduct follow-up calls to assess customer satisfaction and quality of service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- One year of experience in customer support activities, preferably in a call center
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and internet
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM systems and/or Medicaid services
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills
- Ability to operate various office equipment and navigate computer networks
