What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure uninterrupted coverage and responsiveness for the field inventory mailbox within set service level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives on accurate audit scan procedures and handle billing and shipping inquiries
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and identify/replenish expired products
- Generate performance reports for the audit team and disseminate findings to upper management
- Document and implement process improvements while addressing escalations and complaints

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Local candidates only
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service Support
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong interpersonal skills
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Proficiency in Windows, Excel, and Word; strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Proven experience in a high-volume customer care environment with effective relationship-building skills
