What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer phones in a friendly, customer-centric manner
- Schedule deliveries, pickups, maintenance, and repairs for various providers
- Act as a customer liaison for issues related to product availability and troubleshooting
- Receive, enter, and reconcile customer orders while collaborating with various departments
- Ensure accurate delivery, pickup, maintenance, and billing for equipment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service, call center, and/or healthcare experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer/systems skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
