What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and respond to telephone, written inquiries regarding claims, benefits, and eligibility
- Utilize pharmacy benefits system to respond to pharmacy coverage inquiries
- Collect customer data for quality purposes to enhance product offerings
- Educate members and providers regarding health plan policies and procedures
- Tailor communications to respond professionally to diverse populations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and organizational skillsets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 or more years of experience working with WPS HI systems and processes
- 1 or more years of current WPS call center experience
- 2 or more years of experience in customer service
- 1 or more years of experience with healthcare benefits expertise
- 1 or more years of experience working in a remote setting
