      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide first-class customer service through phone, email, and mail interactions
      - Process and respond to customer inquiries efficiently, improving volume and quality over time
      - Handle technical questions and assist customers with troubleshooting and navigation
      - Master complex fulfillment systems to best serve customer needs
      - Communicate customer feedback to leadership and participate in ongoing training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A college degree and two years of work experience, including six months in a customer care center or equivalent
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in modern computer technology, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
      - Basic familiarity with the offerings of the employer
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in at least one other language beyond English (German, French, or Spanish)
      - Experience with writing and customer communications
      - Familiarity with Salesforce, Enterprise, and other relevant systems
