What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive calls from child support client stakeholders following Standard Operating Procedures
- Categorize calls and record any abusive or extraordinary interactions
- Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
- Utilize data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in service delivery, customer service, or related field
- Proficient in data entry with a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and Spanish
