What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
- Receive calls from child support client stakeholders and categorize them accordingly
- Record any abusive or extraordinary calls
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Utilize data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of prior experience in customer service or related field
- Proficiency in data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Experience in call center technology or service delivery
