      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound customer calls, assisting with membership maintenance and vehicle additions to insurance policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior customer service experience
      - Recent call center experience preferred
      - Must reside within a 30-mile radius of Costa Mesa, CA
      - Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
      - Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
      - High school diploma or equivalent
