What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers through inbound phone calls, addressing membership maintenance and insurance policy inquiries
- Listen actively to customer issues while providing meaningful solutions and recommending products and services
- Engage with members and team members positively, maintaining a "can do" attitude
- Adapt to a dynamic work environment, utilizing coaching and development for personal growth
- Maintain proficiency in computer navigation for data entry while actively listening to customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior customer service experience
- Recent call center experience preferred
- Must live within 30 miles of the Escondido Branch Office
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- High school diploma or equivalent
