What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound phone calls to assist customers with membership maintenance and insurance policy changes
- Actively listen to customer concerns and provide meaningful solutions and valuable product offerings
- Engage with members and team members with a positive, "can do" attitude
- Adapt to a dynamic work environment, embracing coaching and development opportunities
- Utilize computer systems for data entry and navigation while assisting customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior customer service experience
- Recent call center experience preferred
- Must reside within a 30-mile radius of Long Beach, CA
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- High school diploma or equivalent
