      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound phone calls from customers regarding membership maintenance and insurance policy updates
      - Listen to customer issues and provide meaningful solutions while proactively offering valuable products and services
      - Engage with members and team members with a positive, "can do" attitude
      - Adapt to a fluid work environment that encourages coaching and development
      - Progress through required continuous training and development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior customer service experience
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Must live within 30 miles of the Los Angeles location
      - Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
      - Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Recent call center experience
      - Proficiency in using computers for data entry and complex navigation
      - Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a changing work environment
