What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound phone calls from customers regarding membership maintenance and insurance policy updates
- Listen to customer issues and provide meaningful solutions while promoting relevant products and services
- Engage with members and team members with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Adapt to a dynamic work environment that encourages coaching and personal development
- Maintain accurate data entry and navigate complex computer systems while assisting customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of prior customer service experience
- Preferred recent call center experience
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; must pass a background check and drug test

- Familiarity with membership and insurance policy procedures
