What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence
- Engage, consult, and educate members on Aetna plans, tools, and resources
- Answer questions, resolve issues, and document contacts with members, providers, and plan sponsors
- Create an emotional connection with members and anticipate customer needs
- Process claim referrals, reviews, complaints, and appeals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment
- Experience in a production environment
- High School education or GED equivalent

- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
