      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members and internal customers
      - Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues efficiently
      - Assist customers with inquiries related to benefits, billing, and authorizations
      - Intervene with care providers on behalf of customers to facilitate appointment scheduling
      - Own problem resolution in real-time or through timely follow-up with customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma / GED
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - 9+ months of previous call center experience
      - 2+ years of customer service experience or office setting experience using phone and computer
      - Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or in a similar role
