      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide prompt and considerate service to all customers
      - Ensure that all requests and required data entry are accurate and completed on time
      - Maintain performance levels to specified goals

      - Utilize computer systems effectively to assist customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service, preferably in a Call Center
      - Knowledge of customer relations theory and practices
      - Proficient in operating computers
      - Attention to detail and ability to retain information readily

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a veterinary or animal health-related environment
      - Bilingual skills to enhance communication with a diverse customer base
      - Familiarity with veterinary products and services
      - Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively
      - Experience with remote work or virtual customer service settings
