What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of order entry and maintenance of the customer database
- Answer all inbound phone calls and address customer inquiries
- Verify stock levels and provide back order status while communicating with freight carriers
- Streamline order entry processes using the FreshDesk system
- Process product returns and develop customer quotes for the Outside Sales Team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 to 3 months of experience in a data entry and/or customer service-related position
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related field or with medical instrumentation
- Familiarity with database management systems
- Proven customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
