      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support phone center with high-volume calls, focusing on inbound scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, confirmations, and insurance verification
      - Schedule clients across multiple medical offices, considering location, facility capabilities, and insurance requirements
      - Communicate effectively with clients and medical professionals to ensure smooth operations
      - Manage a high-volume workload while prioritizing tasks to promote prompt and courteous service
      - Actively seek information to understand patient circumstances and expectations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience with excellent communication skills
      - Strong verbal and written communication, including active listening and reflection
      - Ability to navigate multiple computer screens while actively listening and entering customer information
      - Experience working with EMR systems; familiarity with EPIC Hyperdrive is a plus
      - Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
      - Previous experience in a hospital system or medical practice
