      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage high-volume inbound calls, focusing on scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and confirmations
      - Schedule patients across multiple medical offices considering location, insurance requirements, and exam types
      - Communicate effectively with clients and medical professionals to ensure smooth operations
      - Prioritize tasks to maintain organization and compliance with policies while providing courteous service
      - Serve as a resource for internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and concerns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience with strong communication skills
      - Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and software programs, including EMR systems
      - Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations and effectively manage caller interactions
      - Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
      - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Experience with EPIC Hyperdrive is a plus
      - Previous experience in hospitals or medical practices
