What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound phone calls from customers regarding membership maintenance, upgrades, and general inquiries
- Actively listen to customer issues and provide meaningful solutions while promoting AAA products and services
- Engage with members and colleagues with a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development for career growth
- Maintain proficiency in computer systems for data entry and navigation while assisting customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to live within 30 miles of the Escondido, CA location
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Capacity to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Recent call center experience
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex computer systems while engaging with customers
- A flexible, "can do" attitude towards changing environments
