What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a patient advocate to resolve issues related to claims, benefits, and access
- Assist patients with inquiries and provide necessary education on services
- Handle an average of 50 calls per shift, addressing routine and complex inquiries
- Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to ensure effective problem resolution
- Document caller questions and resolutions accurately to maintain service quality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or medical setting
- At least 2 years of experience using an Electronic Medical Records system
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a multi-line telephone
- Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift during normal business hours, including weekends and holidays

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with the EPIC system
- Bilingual fluency in English and any of the following languages: Spanish, Farsi, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Mandarin, or Korean
