What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls to customers for information about products and services
- Maintain records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
- Resolve customer service or billing complaints and ensure appropriate changes are made
- Coordinate same-day deliveries and pickups, responding to customer delivery inquiries
- Contact customers regarding product recalls and withdrawals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in a customer service call center environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills and problem resolution abilities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Experience in food service distribution is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM/Phone Technology
- Additional certifications related to customer service or food distribution
