What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a knowledge base for customer inquiries regarding products and bone health
- Actively listen to customers and provide them with the necessary information to make informed decisions
- Support customers through various channels, including email and phone
- Process orders and returns while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Help customers understand the results of their DEXA bone scans

- Proven customer service experience

- Flexibility to work a fixed schedule, including weekends
