What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Provide support to customers through various communication channels (email, phone)
- Process orders and returns while assisting customers in understanding DEXA bone scan results
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage customer accounts
- Foster customer success by actively listening and guiding them to informed decisions
