What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide positive and professional support to students and clients through email, text, and chat
- Deliver excellent customer service while troubleshooting issues related to client courses
- Maintain availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Utilize effective communication skills to de-escalate situations and solve problems
- Manage multiple screens and programs to assist students effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Some college credit required; a degree is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- 1-3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in email/chat/text environments
- Strong work ethic with a dependable and proactive approach
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
