What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer service support via phone and email for facility-related inquiries

- Collaborate with team members and management to report on unresolved issues and service quality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in Arizona
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Experience in a maintenance environment with an understanding of its operations
- Customer service experience in a contract service industry
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Office 365 and CMMS systems

- Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary
- Knowledge of facilities management and technician capabilities
