What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service primarily through inbound and outbound calls to patients
- Assist customers with coverage and claims-related questions while interpreting benefits accurately
- Conduct appropriate research and follow-up for prompt resolution of disputed claims
- Maintain communication with all areas of the organization to ensure patient satisfaction
- Document interactions and resolutions accurately in the system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years of experience in Revenue Cycle Billing and/or Collections
- Experience in interpreting Payer Contracts and determining accurate payments on patient accounts is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology acquired through education or experience in a healthcare environment
- Required Pennsylvania state police criminal record check, child abuse history clearance, and an FBI criminal history check

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with MS Excel for data entry, report reviewing, and document management
- Previous healthcare experience preferred, especially in billing/collections
