What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding service issues, requests, and account information
- Research customer questions and open issue resolution cases to resolve higher-level problems
- Educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services to facilitate efficient self-service
- Troubleshoot usability issues raised by customers and refer complex issues to appropriate service partners
- Gather and enter relevant information to ensure prompt resolution of requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience providing customer-focused solutions or support
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass the state's Property & Casualty Insurance license exam within 12 months
- Availability to work shifts covering hours from 8am ET - 11pm ET, including every third Saturday
