      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first contact for customers regarding service issues, requests, and account information
      - Research customer inquiries and resolve conflicts while maintaining a results-driven approach
      - Educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services for efficient self-service
      - Gather and enter relevant information to ensure prompt issue resolution
      - Refer complex issues to appropriate service partners for further assistance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience providing customer-focused solutions or support
      - Strong written and spoken communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Capacity to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
      - Must pass the state's Property & Casualty Insurance license exam within 12 months

      - Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
      - Familiarity with company or product policies and systems
      - Experience in a remote work environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills
