What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inquiries regarding student loans, account updates, and repayment options
- Manage inbound/outbound customer calls in a productive call center environment

- Meet quality assurance and key performance indicators

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required
- 6 months of contact center or customer service experience
- 6 months computer experience in a business environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Must reside within a 75-mile radius of specific deployment facilities

- Bachelor's degree
- Call Center experience
- 6 months of Microsoft Office experience
- Friendly and professional speaking voice
- Reliable high-speed internet and transportation to a CRI facility
