- Educate customers on cost-saving opportunities, warranty protections, and maintenance plans
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments using CRM software

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with customers
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services, including service packages and warranty programs
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills, with a typing speed of 40 words per minute or above
