What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer service support via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to orders and customer accounts
- Utilize computerized systems for tracking information and troubleshooting customer concerns
- Document issues and take appropriate actions to resolve inquiries, including order management and customer billing
- Proactively follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Process orders and complete related tasks to meet client needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and resolve routine problems
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a focus on proper grammar and vocabulary
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous call center experience is preferred but not required
- Experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution is preferred but not required
- Self-starter with demonstrated customer service skills
