What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process bookings, revisions, cancellations, and all aspects of reservations with high accuracy
- Provide exceptional guest service via phone, email, and chat, maintaining professionalism at all times
- Act as the primary contact for service-related inquiries, ensuring effective communication
- Assist in achieving departmental revenue goals by upselling and adding value to existing bookings
- Troubleshoot issues for guests or travel advisors using the Windstar systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized
- Self-starter with strong task management abilities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in cruise or tour operations/reservations
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
