What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process reservations, revisions, cancellations, and booking notes with high accuracy
- Provide exceptional guest service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
- Act as the primary contact for service-related inquiries and assist guests and travel advisors
- Support departmental revenue goals by upselling and adding value to existing bookings
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windstar systems and advise supervisors on problems and resolutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to communicate professionally and confidently both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-starter with excellent task management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in cruise or tour operations/reservations
- Familiarity with Windstar product and services
