What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through solutions and maintaining product knowledge
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions across all tools and platforms
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to operate multiple windows and tabs while providing customer service
- Superb attendance to ensure availability when customers need assistance

- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
