What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from patients, averaging 80-100 calls per day
- Assist patients with requests for appointments, insurance inquiries, and other related issues
- Transfer calls for triage or refill, and send messages through patient charts to clinical staff
- Maintain a positive customer service experience as the first point of contact
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum age of 18 years
- At least 1 year of experience in a related environment such as customer service or administrative roles
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating complex applications
- Flexibility to work various 8-hour shifts within the hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm PST

- Experience in healthcare settings
- Previous call center experience
