What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers and identify the type of assistance needed
- Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems
- Deliver information and answer questions positively to build strong relationships with providers
- Complete necessary documentation to track provider issues and report overall trends
- Work during normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, with occasional overtime as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in an office, administrative, clerical, or customer service environment
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Strong listening skills and ability to respond to customers compassionately
