What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer an average of 60-80 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify their assistance needs
- Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to document required information in computer systems
- Communicate directly with clinical staff regarding patient needs
- Manage medication refills, referral requests, and chart troubleshooting
- Schedule appointments for patients, including entering and updating demographics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years old or older
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment using phones and computers as primary job tools
- Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new systems
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of prior healthcare experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
