What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms
- Research and problem-solve to find appropriate solutions for customer inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service by “wowing” customers and thinking critically to address their needs
- Follow up as necessary to resolve customer issues while adhering to safety and regulatory standards
- Maintain a proactive approach to service excellence and continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and think critically
- Flexibility to adjust schedule and work overtime as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check for Kentucky Rx Tech license

- Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare-related customer service role
- Familiarity with regulatory standards in pharmacy operations
