What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage directly with customers to assist with their pet-related needs and inquiries
- Research and problem-solve to provide appropriate solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize active listening, empathy, and kindness when interacting with customers and team members
- Collaborate with teammates and other members of the organization using virtual collaboration tools
- Adapt to changes in the business needs and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating systems and the internet
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
