What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls from consumers and assist them with healthcare-related inquiries
- Track and document all inquiries using applicable systems
- Process new applications for health care coverage, including eligibility determinations and enrollment
- Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers
- Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong data entry and telephone skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service
- Familiarity with computers, phone systems, and headsets
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment
